Anya Federowski is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Medicine and Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is a graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture, and holds dual degrees in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.
Anya has engaged in advanced studies with Master Richard Teh-Fu Tan, as well as spent long hours learning alongside her mentor, Matthew Prouty. During her years as an athlete, she developed an interest in injury prevention and recovery, and has studied with Steve Cina, renowned orthopedic acupuncturist for players of the Boston Bruins and New England Patriots.
Anya is dedicated to providing affordable health care solutions to her patients and the community. She has spent time treating patients at Pathways to Wellness Community Health Center and the Lemuel-Shattuck Hospital in Boston. She works passionately to attain her personal goal of honoring, caring for and easing the physical and emotional suffering of her patients.
Anya is also Nationally Certified (200hr) Yoga Teacher. She brings this calm awareness to her practice as an acupuncturist.
