Teresa’s initial love for acupuncture arose from her decades-long yoga practice where she observed the power of simple, consistent practices in healing the body and mind. Teresa brings her compassion, love for life-long learning and genuine curiosity to every treatment. She works together with her patients to ensure they are thriving.
Teresa graduated at the top of her class from New England School of Acupuncture (at MCPHS) with rotations at Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veteran’s Hospital, Open Circle Acupuncture & Healing, and U Mass Memorial Medical Center. Teresa also holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Alberta, a Health Coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate.
Teresa enjoys spending her free time with her husband, two children and their crazy dog. Her favorite hobbies include yoga, qigong, swimming, reading, and knitting.
